Hi everyone. I linked over to your site by another forum relating to Problems with elevated triglycerides. I'm not sure what types of foods I can eat and still maintain my health while lowering my cholesterol. I'm really worried because we have a history of heart disease in my family. I'm hoping I don't carry the gene.
