I don#t have PCOs..but do have late-onset CAH, which is also the cause of high androgens in my body

I am on dexamethasone for about 1 months now and totally have noticed a worsening in my hair loss/shedding. Is it normal for it to get worse before it may get better??? (maybe due to the body wanting to adjust back to normal hormone levels?!?!).

i have locah, too my hair loss is about the same, have you talked to your dr about it? i have 5 prednisolone (same as dex) every night. Ive been on it about 6 years. pm me if you want
