I know people in my family notice it ... my Dad used to tease me endlessly about it in hopes I may do something about it! well ofcourse this was long before my PCOS dx.

It wasn't until about a year after I met my DH that his cousin's wife came to me and told me about PCOS and SoulCysters. I guess I must have said something in passing and she gave me all this info and I went to my GP for a formal dx.

I wouldn't necessarily go up toa complete stranger on the street, but if I noticed other family members or friends may be displaying some of the symptoms, I would say something, not to hurt or embarass them, but to help give them advice and guidance, because honestly, if they had no clue what was going on, what kind of friend or family member would I be if I didn't say anything at all???
