I saw the gyno consultant last Thursday and got a letter in the post today (Saturday) that my surgery is Tuesday! (Thank goodness they used a first class stamp!)

Last time I waited for this survery (D&C biospy, hysteroscopy) for 3 months. Yeah! (Although, it does worry me when they slot you in quickly).

Third go round on this surgery. Third times the charm

Similar thing happened to me - I was given an U/S scan appointement for a month I simply couldn't make, and they offered me a scan on the day I called! Better than private! I know this because I use both!

hey how did your surgery go? im waiting for similar surgery and i'm worried about getting it done on the nhs (dirty wards etc). also, doesn't it matter where abouts in your cycle you are?
