Default Wow! Side effect relief!

I’m pretty excited about this one guys!
I’ve been on Met for 6 months and still have the awful side effects every day. I have to plan my day around when I eat and how quickly I can get to a washroom. Lately the nausea has been just about unbearable in addition to the lovely runs. I was mentioning to a co-worker how upset my tummy has been lately and how dizzy I get when I have an attack of the cramps. She mentioned how wonderful ginger is for nausea, motion sickness and vertigo. Well, I rushed out and bought some ginger capsules from the health food store (90 capsules for $6) and took one. I feel so much better! All of the research that I’ve done keeps going on and on about how wonderful it is for motion sickness and nausea and that many pregnant women use it for morning sickness.
One note of caution though – apparently it is known to cause diarrhea in some people so beware! Who needs any more of that?!

Give it some thought; I’m glad that I did.

THANKS! I'm gonna have to find some of those quick before I get on a plane today!! Does Ginger Ale have real ginger in it? lol. I'm thinking that may be the only form of ginger I can get my hands on today!

Ginger ale can be used the research says!
Just make sure it's the real stuff...it should be easy to spot vs. the fake stuff.

Good luck!

Ginger is wonderful!!! I used to drink ginger tea when I was pregnant with my son. I had terrible morning sickness that wasn't only in the morning but all day long. I got sick everytime I ate or drank. I was on a home IV because of dehydration and eventually ended up in the hospital. My home nurse recommended the ginger tea to me so I just had to rush out and get it. It worked for me but not everytime.

I hope it continues to work for you.
