First, I'm a veteran charter (2 years now, lol.) And my temps did not do this after my first m/c.
So, here it is... I am still in my post-m/c cycle (my second m/c) and my temps are all over the place!
Part of me wonders if it has anything to do with the Vit D supplements my doctor put me on (Found out I was low on D.) Or that I was a vegetarian for six years, and I recently started eating seafood.
I just don't know.
Here's the icing on the cake, I'm on day four of Prometrium and my temp hasn't even started to go up! Which in turn has me wondering, is it working this time, or is my body finally so screwed up that it doesn't even want to acknowledge my meds.
I need to start a new cycle asap so I can get my HSG done, because my insurance is changing to another company at the beginning of the month (and I don't know what the new company will cover.)
This is just driving me INSANE. Ungh.
I've just had my second m/c, I've done most of my repeat loss testing, I don't Ov on my own (so I'm get to do yet more Clomid, yay me.) and now my temps are completely nonsensical!
I am just at my wits end... grrrrr.
I have never had any issues with charting in the two years I've charted; never, not once, that is... until now.
I think I needed to rant more than anything.
Unless you have information, or suggestions, or some insight... if you do, please, share.

I would not rely so heavily on your temps right now. I bet the vitamin D therapy is causing things to seem irregular as your body repairs itself.
Did you read the article that Kat posted about the possible link between vitamin D deficiency and infertility in pcos patients? I'm hopeful that this could get you ovulating on your own!
I had my vit D tested recently and it is the lowest my Rheumatologist has ever seen. He has me taking 50 k iu/week for 8 weeks, and then I'll retest.
Diamondintherough: Thank huns. I did see that link, but I'm going to go ahead and look it over again. I am on the same regiment as you I think, 50,000IU 2X a week for 8 weeks, then I am supposed to retest as well. It probably is the Vit D messing with me... hopefully it's doing good things though.

So you are taking 100 k a week, wow - that's what my Aunt is doing. The 50 k therapy didn't quite do the job for her. I hope my body won't be as stubborn. The more I learn about vit D, the more I wish every cyster would get her level tested. My energy level has already increased, and I've only been on the more advanced therapy for two weeks.

DiamondInTheRough: I hope your level of therapy works. I thought my dosage seemed a bit high, makes me wonder if maybe it's because I was that low or something... The only difference I've noticed for me is the erratic BBT so far, and I'm on week 3.
And I totally agree with you. I never knew about the Vitamin D issues with PCOS. (And I was even more prone, because I am a vegetarian, and lactose intolerant... and I don't get much sun!) I thought my prenantal had it covered because it had 400iu a day, which is 100% daily value, but I was wrong; go figure.
