This has been a great week in our house! First DH got a nice promotion at work (he's now a Lieutenant Colonel in the National Guard!) and just now we got word that we are officially DTC... for those not familiar with adoption lingo, that means our docs are on a big airplane on their way to CHINA!! YAY!!!!!
So the timeline right now looks like we'll have a referral (that's Katelyn's info) in 6-7 months and travel roughly 4-6 weeks later. This may all fall around Christmas, New Year, and the Chinese New Year...so we'll need a little patience when that time rolls around. Of course we learned the hard way when our travel for Emily was delayed 11 weeks and we pray that won't happen again. That was miserable!
Right now I need to focus a bit on getting her room cleaned out, painted, etc....YIKES! It's going to come fast!!!
