 Yasmin and headaches during AF
Hi there,
I have been on Yasmin for quite some time. I was on it before trying to get PG and had great success, no issues whatsoever. After the birth of my DD in April 2007 I went back on Yasmin in July 2007. Ever since then I have been getting horrific headaches during my AF. I contacted my doc and she said it's due to estrogen withdrawal and I should just take the pills back to back to avoid AF and the drop in estrogen. I've been doing that for a few months but I just would like to get AF once in a while to reassure myself that I'm not pregnant! Anyone else experience this? Do you have a prescription medicine you can take for the headaches? I have tried everything from tylenol, motrin, caffeine and even vicodin and nothing seems to help. TIA for your help.
