Yasmin and Metformin Co-therapy

Help!!!!

I noticed some of you mention being on yasmin and met at the same time. Have you noticed any problems with blood sugar or weight gain on the combination? I have been on yasmin for three and a half years, met for four months, and have had a lot of trouble with weight gain since going on the met. I have also had some symptoms of high blood sugar. Has anyone else noticed this, or am I going crazy??? I would appreciate any information that can be provided. I know I should see a doctor, but I just moved and don't know about any PCOS specialists in my area. Besides, I have a feeling this is not something that any professionals will be able to help me with.

But....I have drastically changed my diet...low carb for life...no sweets except on occassion. It has taken three years to get my hormones under control. A lot of time and patience and hopefully you will have the same results. On Glucophage alone I just wasn't seeing results soon enough, weight loss has come alot easier since changing my diet and adjusting to the meds.
