I don't doubt the Yasmin could have something to do with it. I have felt tremendously better since coming off of it. Are you taking an Omega-3 supplement?? A lot of us are deficient in this and it has been shown to help with mood (as well as prevent heart disease). I take it in the form on cod-liver oil supplements but you can also take it as Flaxseed oil. Are you taking anything for your depression? I know that in my family I am called Ms. Sunshine because I am always happy but there was a period of time there (about 2 years) where I wasn't smiling at all. {{{HUGS}}
