I started yaz 2 months ago and after 3 weeks began experincing bad break outs and hairloss. I was actually put on it for hormone-related hairloss and some hair grwoth on my stomach. does anyone know if this hairloss is just iniital and that in the long wrong it well help me\y hairloss? can you please tell me your expericnes before i kill myself. does the hairloss diminish or anything? also, please give me your input on loestrin Fe 20 as far as hairloss and skin. is it andrgogenic or not? does it work well for hairloss/skin thanks so much `alysssa

hi, i was on yasmin for a couple years...i had very nice hair before it, it gave me paper thin hair. it also made my skin very oily and cleared up my acne at the same time? dont know why. but, my hair was always shedding!!! and very very thin and fine. it also stopped it from growing past a certain length. once i stopped the pill because of anxiety attacks my hair stopped falling out, and is now long again. my dr. wanted me to go back on the pill because my cysts keep coming back on my ovaries. so she reccomeneded low esterin fe 20. i wont take it because i have read it has a high androgen containing progesterone and is terrible if you have acne and will make u way worse.some pills will make you get cystic deep acne. the best pill i have taken for my hair and skin was apri or desogen. but you gain weight on it. so u gotta really work out and eat right. i hate yasmin. but it may work for you.
