Sometimes you have to make the trade off between fertility and your health. If you have 9 children already, it may be time to take care of yourself so that you don't leave them without a mother---which is what WILL happen, eventually, if you don't care for your PCOS.
Do you have to take BCPs? No, and if you absolutely won't do it, try another GYN---around here, at least, there are ones run by Catholic charities that don't prescribe BCPs. But honestly, would you not take, oh.....cancer medicine, if you knew it would make you infertile for a little while? You're not supposed to get pregnant on MANY medicines, as there can be birth defect issues. Would you avoid ALL of these medicines?
I'm pretty sure the Lord will forgive you for trying to make sure you can be at your children's weddings. He likes families (and it sounds like you do, too!), but He sure doesn't want you to die to have them.
