 A year on MET
Hi Guys,
Been taking Met 1000mg for about a year kinda on and off due to income and not being able to afford etc. Didn't lose that much weight, I mean when I really focussed on my diet and exercise I actually lost a bit of weight. But sad to say I didn't really take control of it much last year. This year I'm more motivated and ready as I now know if I want to conceive I have to lose some weight.
Anyways I have an appointment on Tuesday for a check up and to get a refill on my Met. I'm just really nervous as I haven't lost any weight since last year and I know mainly that's because I wasn't bothered.
Ah well just wanted to really vent, I'm more motivated now to lose weight and I know I can do it. I just wanted to know if anyone else felt nervous about checkups after no weight loss?
