Default Yeastie itches

Does anyone else ever get the itchies, down there , after eating a high sugar/carb item with no protein, etc.? I'm feeling like such a freak right about now!

I suffer constant yeast infections, this has been for over a year now.I say its hormonal, I tend to get them either just prior to AF of immmedately following AF. They are driving me to despair. Doesnt matter which way I treat them ie., creams, difflucun they return every month. supposedly my blood sugar is normal, although I have IR, but I might borrow my mums blood sugar moniter just to see how it is over a few days of normal eating. Not only is it very expensive to keep treating but it just feels so horrible to be constantly itchy. And ive got to add it does nothing for me and my poor DH sex life!!

For me hormonal and sugar.

Taking pro-biotics really helps. I even stick a probiotic capsule down there when I go to bed for the night.

The probiotic definitely helps down there. Have you ever been tested for candida yeast? It can cause these reoccuring infections. I had to give up cheese, mushrooms, pickles, condiments, and a bunch of other stuff for about a month and I haven't had any problems since then. That has been about 9 months ago. I also took a lot of probiotics every day for 10 days and it really helped as well.
