Im not real sure exactly what soy is and what it is ment to do. how do u know how long and when and how much to take? Fweewwwe sorry so many ?'s.

So confused, about this and vitex.

I dont know much about it but I do know that you take it like clomid. Days 3-7 or 5-9 and you can buy it at walmart in the powder of the pills. So far everyone that I have talked to has used the pills but I am going to try the powder. It is not that much money so you could try one and then the other. You can come to the ttc with soy board if you have more questions.
