I joined the site a little while ago and have lurked but haven't really posted yet. I'm 31 and have had PCOS symptoms since I started menstruating at the age of 14. I wasn't formally diagnosed until I was in my mid-twenties.

I'm not currently taking any medication, including BC. I'm a vegetarian, but beginning to question if that diet is actually making my symptoms worse. I need to start exercising, but am lacking motivation. I am full of uncertainty.

i dont eat meat , either. When i first stopped eating meat i lost 6 lb.
