yet another NPC question

How many days did you take NPC to start AF and/or how many days after you stopped taking it did you get AF.

The first time I used it, I took it for 7 days and then forgot to keep using it and AF started one day later.

same here, if i forget to take it on time, sometimes i will start to spot. but there are many different dosages and stregnths of the cream, so it is all unique, and individual. hope this helps, lisa

My first cycle I took it for 10 days and AF showed up on the 10th day. I then stopped taking it for 14 days and started up again. I only needed to take it for 10 days the second cycle also and AF showed up. This last cycle I took it for the full 14 days and AF showed up about 3 days after stopping.

I'm just all screwed up I guess-help me figure out what could be going on--please. My last af was induced with Provera, well time came around for af again, had a bfn, and didn't want to take provera again sooooo I started the NPC. OK-so CD36 thru CD43 I took NPC. I stopped taking it because I figured out if I took it the full 14 days then af would show up the week of my annual exam with a new gyn that it took me 6 months to get an appointment with. So, now I'm CD53-stopped NPC 10 days ago. I've had very sore nippies and now sore bbs for 4-5 days. Wonder if I just didn't take it long enough for it to have any effect and now---well--wonder what the sore bbs are?!?! I never have ovulated, even on clomid, but I don't temp or do OPK's so I guess I'm kinda running blind here.

you may be taking too much or too little, please post the ingredients and strengths, and the doseage you have been taking.

Well, I tried looking it up on the net to try to find the strength but no luck. It's Emerita Pro-gest body cream--recommended by Dr. Lee in that book of his. I did 1/4 teaspoon in AM then PM for 7 1/2 days. I didn't really expect it to make af come because I just used it for those 7 1/2 days. But it sounds like stopping it should've made af come. I've now had a crampy feeling and sore bbs for 6-7 days. I wonder if my body is just freaking cause i didn't take it long enough or maybe I ovulated (yeah right) or something. I guess maybe in the back of my mind i keep thinking these are pregnancy symptoms--but that would just be the wierdest biggest miracle in the world if that happened since I didn't even ovulate on clomid. Do you get funky symptoms when you're not using the NPC?
