I wanted to mention Yoga for those who are interested. Yoga is wonderful for improving circulation, toning muscles, relaxing your body, training your body and breathing, stretching muscles, etc... and it feels good when done right!
If you go to
yogajournal.com you can look up poses that are good specifically for certain areas, like ovaries, uterus; or specific problems such as infertility.
I love yoga. It's helped a lot for my back pain (severe scoliosis), so I do have some faith in it. I've devised a pose regiment geared both towards my back and aiding my reproductive health. We'll see how much it aids the latter.
