Default Yogurt smoothies

Has anyone tried any of the new yogurt smoothies? I'm curious if they are worth it or not.

Maggie

I've tried Yoplait-I think it's called Nouriche-and I really liked it. I drank one in the morning and it filled me up until lunch. My favorite is the Strawberry Banana!

I've also tried Dannon and did NOT like it. Tasted very chalky! I would definitely go with Yoplait.

Maggie,
I haven't tried the "pre-made" smoothies. I make mine from scratch for a recipe I found on www.lifetimetv.com
Banana Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice
2 cups plain or flavored low-fat yogurt (I cut to 1/2 cup)
4 small bananas (I cut to 1 small or med)

Instructions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
