My Mood: Points: 63,039.46 Bank: 724,428.21 Total Points: 787,467.68 | Jules says hello Hello there Cyster Sisters!!! I haven't been here on SoulCysters the past few weeks. I was afraid all of my time spent here on SC was becoming an "idol" in my life. I feel much more refreshed now. For those who don't remember me, I go by Jules, I'm 33yo, married to a wonderful man, Dan. I'm mommy to a beautiful little boy named Brandon aka Bran-Man, he's 7. I've been LDS all of my life. I love being an LDS mommy. Dan & I are planning a trip to Provo Utah to see my sister July 18th till whenever we get home (2wks or more). I'm so excited!! I wish we lived out there, it's amazingly beautiful! Looking forward to you all!

My Mood: Points: 12,323.62 Bank: 1,684,397.94 Total Points: 1,696,721.56 | Carol, hang in there. Brown is old blood, so it should not be to worrysome (I know it is hard not to worry though). I didn't get m/s until about 7 weeks, and I was worried the whole time, until it finally hit me.
I hope your u/s goes well. I never had an u/s this early, what will they be able to see? Jules, welcome back. I totally know what you mean about Soul Cysters taking up a lot of our time. I could spend all day on here...to many threads, too little time. I try to limit myself each day, so sometimes I go a while without posting. So you are going to be coming to my neck of the woods in July. How fun. Are you going to see the sites while you are up here, or have you seen them before? We just got back from the Grand Canyon, and there were so many things to see on the way down, and the way back up, we wanted to stop at each of the, but just didn't have time. Hi to everyone else. I hope you all are doing well.
My visiting teacher (only one came because the other is sick) was just here with the April VT lesson, and it was so neat. Even though I had already given the lesson to the ladies I VT, I learned something new today, and felt the Spirit so strong. Maybe it is because of my frame of mind. Yesterday, I got an email newsletter from Laura Brotherson. She's LDS, and she wrote a book about strengthing marriage through sexual intimacy. Her newsletter told about the most recent couples cruise that she has been doing for the last few years..... 7 days and nights without the children, lots of fun, wholesome activities, plus she gives talks and classes during the day, and then sends you back to your room each night to do "homework". Wow, it sounded so fun to go on that cruise and to be able to really spend some quality time with DH, plus learn more about strengthening my marriage. And then to have the VT lesson today, about how important the marriage relationship is in Heavenly Father's Plan... it really struck me.
I am so glad that my visiting teacher came to give me that lesson, even though she had to come alone.
Now I want to make sure that DH and I get a chance to go on more "date nights". My VT even offered to babysit, so we could go out without the kids. I also want to get Laura Brotherson's book. Here is her website, if any of you ladies want to check out her blog (she gives some great lessons in her blog entries): http://www.strengtheningmarriage.com/
I hope you all have a great day!

I had an U/S with my first at 6w5d and the HR was really low...the doctor said it probably only just started beating the day before. They usually say by 7 weeks you should be able to see it. You should be able to definitely see a sac though. Possibly even a fetal pole.
