Question is your hair sopost to grow if ur on vitamins?

Hi, I always heard that when you take prenatal vitamins your hair is sopost to grow.Is this true or false? Thanks

Pregnant women who are taking prenatal vitamins usually see really nice thick hair growth, and very little loss. But that's because of the pregnancy hormones, not because of the vitamins they're taking.
