What would you ladies say is your worst PCOS symptom? I have to say I absolutely hate the extra weight in the midsection. It's so difficult to get rid of. Pick one and let us know.

Your Beauty should not come from outward adornment.....instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit (1 Peter 3:3-4)
So hard to pick just one! I guess I would have to say infertility, but the facial hair is a close second, and the basketball tummy is a close third........
Right now it is the infertility but the symptom I have hated the most for the longest amount of time is the hair (facial, body, bikinilegs <-- because there is no definitive line there LOL). With the fatigue being a close second - I could easily sleep for 14 hours a night if my life allowed for it.

I can deal with the hair and having to shave. I can deal with the weight. What I hate is the lack of periods and having to take medication to actually have one which almost debilitates me and makes me miserable.

For me it has to be the MIA periods because I know if I had them regularly it would reduce my other bad symptom - acne which drives me nuts (though since my last AF it's much better...for the moment )

For me at the moment it's the facial and body hair. I've noticed my hair coming out more easily lately and know a lot of women with PCOS have to deal with that, if it continues to get worse (which I'm kind of assuming ugh) that will be worse than facial hair, at least that you can attempt to disguise.

Same here about the fatigue. It's sooooo bad but I never made the connection between fatigue and PCOS. My DH hates it b/c if he leaves the room sometimes I can knock out in 2 minutes and be gone for a loooooooong time. I'm always tired and have no energy to do anything.
The infertility is also a big issue for me, pisses me off the whole idea about not being able to get PG whenever I want like so many other women. But I try to remind myself its in God's time not mine and it will happen when its meant to happen.

my worst symptom would have to be.. my entire belly section, inside and out :/
i have a hard time digesting anything that isn't plain salad, my intestines are pretty much constantly miserable
i got used to the wonky periods while i was still a teen, and i'm still looking for ways to deal with the facial hair. that part is kind of depressing but i can live with it
as long as i have a razor
