Default "Zero" Spray Butter?

Ok - so - is it REALLY zero cals, fats, carbs, etc?

C'mon - and who uses just ONE spray.

I'm using the Parkay stuff - and you can't tell me there's not SOMEthing in it?

A few nothings is still something! *giggles*

Anyone have any info on this stuff?

I just don't feel right logging it in my Excel Spreadsheet of Doom as Parkay Butter Spray - 3 Sprays - 0 carbs, 0 fat, 0 everything - I just feel "wrong" with the zeros. *chuckles*

Anyone? :-P

I've heard it suggested that you use that on popcorn instead of melted butter b/c of the "zero" factor....

I was hoping for some answers on this too since I used it b/f my kids but quit when I got preg since I didn't know what was in it.
I would love to use it again for me and the kids.
