anyone tried taking zinc? it assists in the proper functioning of the hormone insulin, it can also help with acne, i just started taking it and im just wondering if any of you had positive results with zinc, it is also said to help minimize acne.

Stormyrain I take zinc. If you have any white flecks on your finger nails then you are zinc deficient and need to take it. I did and that's fixed, but it had subtle effects on my hormonal balance. It didn't just fix my PCOS or anything, but I feel I need it so will continue to take it.
