Do any of you have any good ideas for acne (how to get rid of it, preferably).

I've looked on the acne posts, but am sure that a lot of the things mentioned are american.

I've been getting huge, sore, itchy lumps, mainly on chin, and they're driving me mad - also are leaving marks more than they used to due to old age.

Don't want more anti-biotics!
