I called my time on Zoloft the "Zoloft Zombie" months. I felt no sadness, cuz I felt NOTHING. Not only no drive, but when I could feel like getting some, a lot of trouble with the "O". Good thing hubby was patient. Hope you dont go thru this, but be on the lookout.

I had a little bit of a problem with zoloft. I am now on prozac and it is a little better. My mood is much better on prozac. I felt the numbness on zoloft too but not as extreme as the previous poster. Talk to you Dr. and if you start to have problems ask to switch! Good Luck!

Just wanted to chime in and say that was the very thing me and my Dr. was worried about as I had that problem with Lexapro. After trying wellbutrin (no help, felt buzzed all the time) I convinced her to let me try Zoloft. I did have insomnia for 2-3 weeks, but it resolved. I'm only taking 50mg, but have no problem with sex or the big 'O'. I'm taking it not only for my depression, but also for panic attacks. Good luck to you.

Yep....I was on it about 4 years ago, and was numb down below. I stopped it immediately.

Hey Druth,

I've been on Zoloft for almost 2 weeks now, and I've been having sleeping problems. Good to hear that they resolved after a few weeks for you. That encourages me to keep taking it. Hopefully a good night's sleep is coming up soon for me!
